NV\u0160 - non-formal education of children<\/p>\n\n

The purpose of non-formal education for children is to meet the needs of students for knowledge, education and self-expression, to help them become active members of society. <\/p>\n\n

Funds for non-formal education of children from the state budget of the Republic of Lithuania, the budget of Vilnius city municipality and the financial support of the European Union are allocated to municipalities for the development of non-formal education of children, with the aim of increasing the number of children educated according to NV\u0160 programs.<\/p>\n\n

NV\u0160 financing is allocated to providers who have accredited NV\u0160 programs in any Lithuanian municipality.<\/p>

A child who studies according to primary, basic and secondary education programs has the right to apply for NV\u0160 funding.<\/p>\n\n

NV\u0160 funds can finance only one NV\u0160 program chosen by the child, for which NV\u0160 funds are allocated by the municipality where the child studies according to the NV\u0160 program, regardless of which municipality he lives and studies according to the general education program.<\/p>\n\n

The amount of NV\u0160 funds per child participating in the NV\u0160 program is 25 EUR\/month.<\/p>\n\n
